Software Support
We currently offer TREAT software services to contractors and auditors. We can build a software model of the home and add as many improvement measures as needed.
Staff TrainingWe currently train staff to hone their Whole House Auditing skills and work-scope development. We are also engaged in training insulation crews to properly implement the work-skope.
Certification Proctor Services
BPTC LLC is a BPI Test Center and is able to proctor written and field exams for small homes and multi family homes certifications.
HERS Providership
BPTC LLC is a RESNET accredited Rater Provider in NY and PA. We DO NOT rate homes under the NYESH program so as to not compete with our affiliated raters.
